500 Series Mic Preamp Kits and Modules
Our 500 series modules use the same preamp and compressor circuits as the Classic Series, reworked for standard 500 series power and I/O. They fit any 500 series-compatible rack. They do not fit SCA's CH02 or PC01 chassis; for those, see the Classic Series.
Every module is available as a DIY kit or fully assembled, except the T15-500, which is assembled only. Kits include all parts, and the assembly instructions, bill of materials and schematics are free to download before you order. The kits are meant for builders with PCB soldering experience and a multimeter, and calibration is part of the build. If you'd rather skip that, assembled modules and a calibration/factory test service are available.
Choose a transformer-coupled design (N72, J99, A12), a transformerless one (C84, S90, T15), or the B16 VCA compressor.
